Panel Discussion at “the University Startup Symposium 2026”

On January 21, 2026, Yoshiyuki Kuwada participated as a panelist in Panel Discussion I: “How Universities Can Support Startup Growth”, held as part of the University Startup Symposium co-hosted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) and the Japan Venture Capital Association (JVCA).
During the session, panelists exchanged views on concrete measures and challenges related to accelerating startup growth through universities, as well as promoting the circulation of capital and talent back into academic institutions. The discussion explored new approaches to startup growth support that fully leverage the unique strengths of universities.
